We are a growing internet marketing company in need of a pro-active and self motivated Operations Assistant that is well versed in JavaScript. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, focused on the user experience, versatile, intelligent, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

The main focus of this position is to supply quality support and ensure the effective exchange and implementation of information/assets among all relevant parties to achieve accurate and well managed online advertising campaigns. One of the main skill sets in this position would be form validation using JaVascript.

We have our own in-house technology and continue to build systems that provide support to our sales force and daily operations of the business.

Some of our clients include; Coca Cola, Fox, Blockbuster, Yahoo, MySpace, and eMusic

This is a full time position with room for growth. The sky is the limit if you are skilled and confident in what you do.

Responsibilities:

Report directly to the COO

Working directly with advertisers to obtain campaign assets and provide support for creative related inquiries/issues.

Maintain and assist in building websites

Analyzing campaign performance, ensuring they are effectively maintained to guarantee optimal delivery.

Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting.

Provide strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management.

Generate and compile reporting to perform delivery analysis based on campaign metrics.

Requirements:

Strong familiarity or web development experience with JavaScript and HTML (PHP and SQL databases is a plus)

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized

Ability to meet deadlines and expectations with limited supervision

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Applicant must be willing to learn new skills, multi-task and be able to work in a team environment.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Must be flexible to changing priorities and willing to assist wherever needed
